China work permit for U.S. citizen with Chinese parents?

I just found out about the “min 2-years work experience” rule to obtain a work permit. I don’t have any experience, but still would like to work here. I have an offer from a great company and the work permit is the only thing standing in the way. I’ve read the FAQs and have done some research. I heard about several legal ways to still work in Shanghai without exp. if you have any comments/suggestions about them, if they’re wrong/infeasible, please share with me: Quick bio – I’m 22, have my bachelor’s, in Shanghai for 1 month on a 6-month student visa. U.S. citizen, but my parents are Chinese 1. Start my own business in order to get a work permit – Does anyone know how feasible this is? I have a friend who needs sourcing done from China to the U.S. can I start a company doing this and get my work permit? 2. JV with a local for a work permit – I know a few people here with their own businesses that I can potentially partner with. 3. Become a Chinese citizen again – I got my U.S. citizenship 6 months ago, if I renounce and apply for Chinese citizenship, will I be able to get it approved within 3 months? These are the only legal ways I know of to work for the company without 2 years of work experience. If you know of another way, please let me know. I need the documents done within 3 months in order to start working. Thanks in advance for all your help. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
