Could someone recommend an agent/company that specialize in checking trademark availability in China? I did my research and I am not sure if those companies gonna do anything more than that, also what is a good price for such a service? Also I am afraid if I tell them my trademark, they will register it before me?

Trying to do trademark as a foreigner in China will lead you to some murky waters, from a dirty business point of view. So, the first thing you should do is hire a China trademark lawyer. They’re cheap enough, and they’ll be able to advise you as to the laws regarding China trademarks, before you go diving in.
